YES to gentle exfoliation 2-3 times a week to remove dead skin cells.
Do NOT exfoliate your skin every day, it can weaken the skin barrier.

YES to drinking enough water and eating hydrating fruits like watermelon and cucumber.
Do NOT rely solely on creams to hydrate your skin from the outside.

YES to gentle and safe ingredients for young skin.
NO to vitamin C, it is not necessary in young skin and can irritate it.
